I know how making a purchase online can make people
nervous. You worry that it's a scam, that you won't get what you pay
for, or that the e-books you're considering ordering won't be what you
thought they were. I buy things online myself, and I have similar
worries about making online purchases.So let me set your mind at ease:
1) When you place your order, the download information is sent immediately to your email address.
If you don't get it within a few minutes, it means that it was likely
filtered by your email program to your bulk or trash email folder. Look
in there, and you'll probably find it. If you don't find it, simply write me; I check my email all the time, and will be happy to help you. Bottom line: you will get what you bought.
2) I use PayPal to do my transactions, and in the many years I have been selling music products online I have never once had a problem, or had a customer with a problem. It's completely secure, completely safe. Your credit card info is not stored by PayPal, not stored (or even seen) by me, not stored by anyone.
3) If you download the e-book(s) that you've ordered, and find that they aren't what you thought they would be, and you want your money back, you will get your money back immediately. Simply write me and tell me what the problem is, and you will get a refund. I take care of the refund myself by reversing the sale, so a refund is immediate. I don't want to sell you something if it isn't going to help you. It's that simple.

Sometimes you just want to know that this isn't some online "scam." It isn't. There's too much at stake for me to be cheating people. I've been selling these e-books for several years, starting with “The Essential Secrets of Songwriting”, and gradually adding four others. I've been selling my music theory course "Gary Ewer's Easy Music Theory on CD-ROM" online for even longer - almost 10 years - and so it would be economic stupidity for me to be trying to scam people.
In short, I can promise you that you will get what you pay for. And I truly believe in these e-books, and I really believe that they can help you solve many of the songwriting problems that so many writers struggle with.
